Gentle, Thoughtful Care Rooted in Collaboration and Curiosity
Dr. Jenn McNeal is a Naturopathic Doctor and Acupuncturist offering personalized, whole-person care that combines hands-on therapies with thoughtful clinical guidance that helps you reconnect with your body and restore balance. She works with patients experiencing a wide range of concerns, including fatigue, menstrual and perimenopausal issues, thyroid imbalance, sleep problems, blood sugar dysregulation, digestive concerns, skin conditions, chronic pain, anxiety, depression, autoimmune conditions, hypermobility/EDS, allergies, and nervous system dysregulation.
Her approach emphasizes fascial counterstrain, a gentle, precise manual therapy that releases tension in the body’s connective tissue systems, and anthroposophic medicine, a holistic system using plant- and mineral-based remedies, movement and artistic therapies, and lifestyle support to restore resilience and well-being.
Treatment plans may also include acupuncture, craniosacral therapy, Chinese and Western herbs, nutritional and somatic therapies, and pharmaceuticals when needed—all centered on you and your personal goals.
Dr. McNeal holds a Doctorate in Naturopathic Medicine, a Master’s in Acupuncture with a Chinese Herbal Medicine Specialization, and a certificate in shiatsu from the National University of Natural Medicine, as well as a BA in Anthropology from Reed College. She also completed a three-year mentorship through the Physicians’ Association for Anthroposophic Medicine (PAAM).
Dr. McNeal is currently accepting new patients for in-person and telehealth consultations (note: not available for primary care provider services).
