Scheduling
- We are scheduling telemedicine appointments and in-office appointments as necessary.
- If you are uncertain about which type of appointment you need, please contact the front desk to discuss your options.
- If you or anyone in your household develop symptoms of COVID-19, please schedule a telemedicine visit only. If you need to change your in-office appointment due to the onset of COVID-19 symptoms, please contact the front desk
When Visiting the Clinic
- Please arrive 5 minutes early to your appointment.
- To prevent overcrowding within the clinic please do not arrive more than 15 minutes before your scheduled appointment time.
- All patients will be required to wear their own face masks inside the clinic.
- Patients will not be allowed inside the clinic without a mask that properly covers their nose and mouth.
- Mask should be fabric, surgical or N95 without any release valves, or valves should be covered
- Patients will be asked to keep the mask on at all times during the visit (with the exception for a medically necessary exam).
- Patients will not be allowed inside the clinic without a mask that properly covers their nose and mouth.
- All patients will be screened for COVID-19 symptoms at the front desk (cough, shortness of breath or difficulty breathing, fever, chills, muscle pain, sore throat, new loss of taste or smell, or other less common symptoms such as gastrointestinal symptoms like nausea, vomiting, or diarrhea)
- Patients will be required to either use hand sanitizer or wash their hands when they arrive at the clinic.
- Patient’s temperature will be taken at the front desk. If the temperature is over 100.4 F, the patient will be asked to sit in the acupuncture room and temp will be taken again. If a patient’s temperature remains over 100.4 F, they will be asked to leave and reschedule their appointment.
- Please limit the amount of family or friends that come to the visit to 1. Your companion will also need to be screened for COVID-19.
- If you are running late, please call the front desk to reschedule your appointment. In order to maintain social distancing in the clinic and to prevent delays in other patient’s appointment times, we ask that you please arrive on time.
- Please remember to maintain proper social distancing (at least 6 ft apart) while inside the clinic.
What We are Doing to Keep You Safe
- Everyone inside the clinic must wear a mask in the common areas at all times.
- The office will be sanitized regularly during the day.
- Everyone working will maintain proper social distancing, hand-washing hygiene and sanitization of personal work areas.
