Management of Abnormal Pap Smears and Colposcopy
A patient often needs colposcopy when due to an abnormal pap smear and/ or a positive HPV test. A pap smear is only a screening test. The colposcopy provides more accurate information about the location and extent of the disease process on the cervix. We provide more time per appointment so that your experience is relaxed, personal, and caring. We also offer acupuncture and/or aromatherapy support for the particularly anxious.
