Dr. Kelly is very passionate about patient-centered care and empowering patients.

Dr. Kristen Kelly is a licensed naturopathic physician with a strong background in adult primary care and gastroenterology. She completed an intensive three-year residency at the Natural University of Naturopathic Medicine in Portland, OR, after earning her Doctorate in Naturopathic Medicine from Bastyr University in Seattle, WA, in 2020. Dr. Kelly’s academic journey also includes a Master of Science in Sustainable Development from the University of Copenhagen, Denmark, and a Bachelor of Science in Environmental Science from the University of Michigan, Ann Arbor, MI.

With a particular expertise in managing conditions related to digestive health including inflammatory bowel disease (IBD) and small intestinal bacterial overgrowth (SIBO), Dr. Kelly is also deeply involved in treating thyroid disorders, diabetes, dysautonomia—including mast cell activation syndrome (MCAS), histamine intolerance, and postural orthostatic tachycardia syndrome (POTS)—as well as rheumatologic conditions. She has pursued additional specialized training in craniosacral therapy, nutrition, and botanical medicine, and integrates conventional therapies such as pharmaceuticals, enabling her to formulate personalized and holistic treatment plans for her patients.

Dr. Kelly is passionately committed to patient-centered care and the integration of evidence-based medicine. She is a fervent advocate for empowering her patients with knowledge and understanding of their own health, fostering a collaborative and informed approach to wellness.

  • Annual Exam appointments are available to patients yearly, based on your insurance. This is an in-person appointment.
  • Follow-up or Lab Consult Visits are available to patients for reasons such as:
    • Routine follow-up
    • Lab review
    • Previously discussed self-schedule follow-up
    • Medication management

Problem Visits can be discussed over telemedicine however if you feel a physical exam is necessary, please select an in-person appointment. Problem visits are available to patients for non-urgent reasons such as:

  • Non-urgent problems that you have not discussed before with your provider
  • STI testing
