Darcy and Julie, Front Desk
Darcy is a great facilitator and very methodical. She enjoys creating systems to help the office run smoothly. With a 20 year career in customer service and the alternative medicine field, she takes pleasure in helping those who are underserved. We love her because she is committed, sensitive, smart, understanding, and a team player.
Away from the office she enjoys spending time with her elderbull, Zoey, going on scenic walks and hikes, dancing and playing games with friends, along with enjoying all kinds of art. Often in the warmer months you will find her helping to build community art projects. When it’s cold out she likes to get her craft on, sewing, crochet, knitting mostly. Originally from Minneapolis, she finds herself in Portland after living in San Diego and Honolulu while in college. She chose Portland because of its proximity to both the mountains and the ocean and has been here since 2009.
Julie is a kind, caring, and compassionate person. She is very easy to approach, and to get along with. Her dream is to be a nurse. Julie loves working with people of all kinds, and has had extensive diversity training as a volunteer for the Portland Women’s Crisis Line, which she enjoyed very much. With over 30 years of Customer Service experience, she enjoys meeting new people and establishing great relationships with our patients. We love her because; she is very nurturing, helpful and loves to take care of people.
In her spare time, she loves watching movies, spending time with her family of three grown children and one grandbaby, friends, and her fur babies. She loves visiting the beach as much as possible as this is where she finds peace. She enjoys visiting new places that she has never been to here in the Pacific Northwest. She loves nature and all it has to offer, and is still trying to adjust to Oregon life since her move here from Phoenix, Arizona, in 1999.
Katrina, billing department manager
Katrina helps take care of you at the front desk, and she also works behind the scenes with the books, billing, and insurance payment follow-up. She enjoys working in this warm, intimate, local health care clinic. In her free time Katrina enjoys learning about everything from language to lore, and spending time with her hilarious husband and three amusing children. She considers herself fortunate to be a resident of the Northwest, where rich history and culture, as well as staggering natural beauty, are abundant.
